This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government

Pleader for Home would submits that basing on the complaint dated 16.12.2019 of the petitioner, a crime has already been registered vide FIR No.30/2020 dated 08.02.2020.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue the matter before appropriate forum.
