Heard learned counsel for the petitioner through Video Conference and learned Additional Government Pleader representing the State.

Learned Additional Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that basing on the petitioners’ report dated 18.04.2018, the Police registered a case vide Crime No.101 of 2018 on the file of Gampalagudem Police Station, for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 506 read with 149 IPC. After due investigation, a charge sheet vide C.C.No.1202 of 2018 was filed before the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tiruvuru on 29.06.2018. Subsequently, the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat on 14.07.2018 itself.

In the light of the submissions made by learned Additional Government Pleader representing the State, this Court is of the opinion that the cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication.
