The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of Respondent No.6 for not allowing the Petitioner to report to his duty in the post of Junior Assistant, as illegal and arbitrary.

Pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court on 03.12.2025, Petitioner had joined the School of Respondent No.6 on 08.12.2025. In that view, no cause of action survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed, leaving it open to the Petitioner to pursue his other claims. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
