The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the order dated 31.01.2025 passed by the Respondent-Corporation suspending the Agency license of the Petitioner as per Regulation 16(2) of the Agency Regulations, 2017, as illegal and arbitrary.

This Court vide interim order dated 28.03.2025 had suspended the impugned order.

Learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent-Corporation Sri Suresh Kumar Routhu would submit that pursuant to the interim order dated 28.03.2025 passed by this Court, the Agency license of the Petitioner was restored and no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.
