This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with

the following prayer for:

“.... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in not registering the complaint dt. 28.10.2025 made by the petitioner against the respondents no. 4 to 9 is as illegal, arbitrary, violation of rt. 14, 21 of the Constitution of India and contrary to the provision of BNS as well as Information Technology Act, 2002 and consequently direct the 3rd to register the above complaint made by the petitioner .”
