Learned counsel for petitioner submits that this Court, vide docket order dated 16.10.2025, directed the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 19.09.2025 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law. Pursuant thereto, the respondents have considered and rejected the petitioner’s representation vide proceedings dated 31.10.2025. Assailing the said rejection proceedings, petitioner herein preferred W.P.No.32237 of 2025 and hence, this writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
