Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the Respondents 2 to 5 in not taking any action on our complaints, dt.23.12.2024, 24.12.2024, 03.01.2025 and 05.01.2025 which is illegal, arbitrary, violative of provisions of Criminal Laws, violative of Fundamental Rights guaranteed under Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 1St respondent to register comprehensive FIR with the contents of all the three complainants given by myself, my daughter and my son-in-law, or separate FIR's and investigation of the

This Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court

under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

“ .... to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the Respondents 2 to 5 in not taking any action on our complaints, dt.23.12.2024, 24.12.2024, 03.01.2025 and 05.01.2025 which is illegal, arbitrary, violative of provisions of Criminal Laws, violative of Fundamental Rights guaranteed under Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 1^st respondent to register comprehensive FIR with the contents of all the three complainants given by myself, my daughter and my son-in-law, or separate FIR's and investigation of the case and also to initiate departmental action against the 5th respondent for his inaction and to encourage the attackers ignoring my complaints before the offence on 23.12.2024 and 24.12.2024 and at the time of offence on 03.01.2025 for the reasons best known to them and pass such ...”

“It is respectfully submitted that the petitioner daughter name is Chadala Udyabhanu W/o.Bade Teja age 30 yrs caste by Yerukula D.No.13-148/3/1/1/ came to Polcie Station on 16.01.2025 and lodged a report that occurred on 03.01.2025 at 14.00 hrs, near china Anjaneya swwamy teple road, seethanagara, Tadepalli Town and the same was reported on 16.01.2025 at 10.00 hrs given by the complainant Chadala Udhaya Bhanu w/o.Bade Teja,

32 years, C/ST yerukula, seethanagaram, Tadepalli Town. Where in the complainant and her husband are residing at Hyderabad and doing private works. In view of upcoming festival about 10 days ago they came to their Grand Mother house, Tadepalli. In this judicature earlier some civil disputes arose between the complainant and his maternal Uncle Maqnupati Venkatewwararao. Due to their grudges on 03.01.2025 at about 13.00 hours while the complainant present their grandmother house, at that time the accused A1: Manupati Sravan Kumar who is none other than maternal uncle son and his wife A2: Manupati Prathyusha, and her maternal uncle & Aunt wife A3: Manupati Nagamani, A4: Manupati Venkateswararao all are criminal trespassed into their house and damaged house articles & CC Cameras and beaten with hands and legs indiscriminately and tore her cloths by insulting her modesty. Hence the FIR.”
