Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) has been filed by the

Petitioner/Accused No.8, seeking quashment of the proceedings pending against him in FIR No.38 of 2022, on the file of Thulluru P.S., Guntur District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 of IPC, 66-D of Information Technology Act, 2000-2008.

Heard Sri Peddi Vijay Bhaskar, learned counsel for the Petitioners/Accused No.8 and Ms. K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition may be disposed of, without causing any prejudice to the rights^{andcontentionsofthe} petitioner.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
