Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, i. declaring the action of the respondents in contemplating to retire the petitioner as Associate professor in 7th respondent institution on attaining 60 years of age, though the age of superannuation fixed as per 'All India council for Technical Education (Pay Scales, Service condi-ions and qualifications for the Teachers and other academic staff in Technical Institutions (Degree) Regulations 2010' and guidelines of AP Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee (AFRC), is 65 years for teaching staff, as illegal, irregular, arbitrary, discriminatory, unconstitutional, and violative of fundamental rights guarenteed under Articles 14 and 16 of Constitution of India ii.declare that the petitioner is entitled to continue until attainment of age of 65 years as per All India council for Technical Education (Pay Scales, Service conditions and qualifications for the Teachers and other academic staff in Technical Institutions (Degree) Regulations 2010' and guidelines of AP Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee (AFRC) iii. consequently declare that the intimation letter RefBEC/PF/nil dated 5.11.2019 issued by the 7th respondent at the instance of respondents 5 and 6 intimating that the petitioner would be retired from service on 31.1.2020 on completion of 60 years of age iv. consequently direct the Respondents 1 to 4 to direct the respondents No.5 to 7 to continue the Petitioner in service as Associate Professor in 7th Respondent Institution till he attain the age of 65 years as per the above mentioned regulations, or else not to accord approval for the 7th respondent college in case the AICTE regulations are violated and unimplemented
