The Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the

inaction in disposing of the suit O.S.No.116 of 2011 on the file of learned Senior Civil Judge, Adoni.

Heard Mr.V.S.K.Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Since the petitioner filed this civil revision petition for disposal of the suit O.S.No.116 of 2011, hence no need to issue any notice to the respondents, as no prejudice would be caused to them.

Learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that he being 8^th plaintiff along with other plaintiffs filed a suit O.S.No.116 of 2011 seeking permanent injunction against the respondents 1 to 7 restraining them from entering into the plaintiffs’ vacant sites and not to erect huts in the suit schedule land in Sy.No.676 in an extent of Ac.1.42 cents of Pattikonda Village and Mandal, Kurnool District. Though the suit was filed in the year 2011 and though there is a prima facie case in favour of the petitioner and respondents 18 to 17 that if any huts are being erected in the suit schedule land, that it would cause irreparable loss and injury to the petitioner and other plaintiffs, learned Judge did not proceed with the suit for its disposal. Therefore, learned counsel requests this Court to issue an appropriate direction to the trial Court for speedy disposal of the said suit in O.S.No.116 of 2011.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the revision petitioner and without touching the merits of the case, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit O.S.No.116 of 2011 on the file of learned Senior Civil Judge, Adoni, as expeditiously as possible within a period of eight (08) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Both the parties are directed to co-operate for speedy disposal of the said O.S.No.116 of 2011.
