This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. aggrieved by the order dated 27.03.2017 passed in Crl.M.P.No.6995 of 2015 in M.C.No.33 of 2015 on the file of the II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Machilipatnam.

The trial Court allowed M.C.No.33 of 2015 in part by granting maintenance of Rs.4,000/- per month to petitioner No.1 and also Rs.3,000/- to the petitioner Nos.2 to 4 each.
