This Criminal Revision Case has been filed by the petitioner/accused No.4 under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, ‘the Cr.P.C.’) against the Order dated 11.09.2018 passed in S.R.No.621 of 2018 in C.C.No.01 of 2011 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, East Godavari District, (for short, ‘the trial Court’).

2. Heard and perused the record.

3. As seen from the record, this Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order dated 11.09.2018 passed in S.R.No.621 of 2018 in C.C.No.01 of 2011. The S.R.No.621 of 2018 has been filed by the prosecution to reconsider the propriety of the charges framed, in accordance with the orders in criminal miscellaneous petition No.1458 of 2016 dated 15.11.2016. By impugned order dated 11.09.2018, the trial Court dismissed the petition, by ascertaining some reasons. Against the said order, the petitioners/A1 & A2 herein preferred the revision.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous and requests to close this matter.

5. Recording the said submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.

Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated and the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
