This Criminal Revision Case has been filed by the petitioners/petitioners under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 8the Cr.P.C.9) against the proceedings dated 28.07.2018 passed in S.C.No.140 of 2009 on the file of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Vizianagaram, which is filed to recall of LWs6 to 12 as per the order of this Court in Crl.R.C.No.171 of 2018 dated 14.06.2018.

2. Heard and perused the record.

3. The case status obtained from the eCourts website, Vizianagaram District, shows the Sessions Case No.140 of 2009 was disposed on 05.09.2022.

4. In view of the disposal of the session case, the cause for the revision case does not survive.

5. In the result, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed , since the cause does not survive.

Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated and the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
