This Criminal Revision Case has been filed by the petitioner/accused No.4 under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 8the Cr.P.C.9) against the Order dated 31.07.2018 passed in FCOP(MC).No.32 of 2012 on the file of the learned Family-cum-VIII Additional District Judge, Prakasam, at Ongole. (for short, 8the trial Court9).

2. Heard and perused the record.

3. As seen from the record, this Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order dated 31.07.2018 passed in FCOP(MC).No.32 of 2012. The FCOP(MC).No.32 of 2012 has been filed by the petitioner/wife under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. seeking maintenance for Rs.20,000/-. By impugned order dated 31.07.2018, the trial Court allowed the petition, by granting Rs.5,000/per month. Against the said order, the petitioner/husband herein preferred the revision.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous and requests to close this matter.

5. Recording the said submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.

Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated and the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
