This Criminal Revision Case is filed against the order 22.03.2017 passed in I.A.No.277 of 2016 in M.C.No.33 of 2016 on the file of the learned Family Court, S.P.S.R.Nellore District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that M.C.No.33 of 2016 is settled before Lok Adalat and the cause in this Criminal Revision Case does not survive and requests to close this matter.
