The Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the^{Petitionandthe} memorandum of grounds filed in support thereof and^{theorderoftheHigh} Court dated; 10.02.2025 and upon hearing the arguments^{ofSRINAGENDRA} BABU PARAGATI Advocate for the Petitioner, and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, for the Respondent, the Court made the^following ORDER:

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the^petitioner has been complying the condition imposed by this Court without^any deviation.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner/A2^{hereinvideorders} In Crl.P.No.686 of 2025 dated 10.02.2025, i.e., the^{petitionershallappear} before the Station House Officer concerned once in^{aweeki.e.onevery} Sunday between 10.00 am and 5.00 pm till filing of^chargesheet, is hereby relaxed.
