Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. The condition imposed in the order dated 10.02.2025 in Crl.P.No.83 of 2025 at Para No.9 that “the petitioner/accused shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned, once in a week i.e. on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m to 5.00 p.m., till filing of the charge sheet” is modified and the petitioner/accused shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned, on 1®‘ Sunday of every month between 10.00 a.m to 5.00 p.m., till filing of the charge sheet.
