This Contempt Case is filed against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order, dated 22.09.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.30990 of 2022.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents has furnished a copy of the proceedings issued by the 4^th

respondent vide proceedings in Rc.No.57/2022/FSD/RJM, dated 30.01.2025. Relevant paragraphs of the said proceedings read as follows:-

“ In continuation of the instructions submitted earlier vide this office letter, dated 26.06.2024 cited, it is submitted that the interim orders of the Hon’ble High Court, dated 22.09.2022 issued in W.P.No.30990 of 2022 have been complied with and the services of the petitioner Sri Sayyad Karimullasha are being utilized regularly by entrusting work to him from 04.10.2022 onwards.

His wages have also been paid regularly every month and there is no pendency of payment as of today”.

Basing on the said instructions, learned counsel for the respondents submits that as the petitioner is continuing in service in compliance of the order of this Court, dated 22.09.2022, the Contempt Case may be closed.

Recording the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

¶30

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
