The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,
seeking the following relief:
“….. to a Writ, order or direction especially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in contemplating to conduct the auction on 10.04.2015 in respect of the lands admeasuring Acs.39.28 cents i.e Acs.25.00 cents in Sy.No.344/3, Acs.8.02 cents in Sy.No.269, Ac.s 5.28 cents in Sy.No.271, Ac.0.98 cents in Sy.No.323/2 of Ramavaram Village, Jaggampeta Mandal East Godavari
District belonging to the third respondent Choultry without taking delivery of possession of the property from the petitioners herein pursuant to the decree and judgment in O.S.No.211 of 1989 dated 30.04 1987 on the file of the Court of the Principal District Munsiff Peddapuram as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and violation of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the publication issued by the third respondent and pass…….”
