The above writ petition is filed to declare the proceedings vide Rc.No.A2/22/2023, dated issued by respondent No.3 17.03.2023, placing the petitioner under suspension^{asperRule8(1)} of Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CCA) Rules, 1991,^asillegaland arbitrary.

Heard Sri L.Srinivasulu, learned counsel for the petitioner,^and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for^respondent No.3.

By order dated 18.04.2024, the proceedings Rc.No.A2/22/2023, dated 17.03.2023 were suspended pending writ petition.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent No.3 would submit that in pursuance of the interim order, by proceedings vide Rc.No.A2/22/2023, dated 13.07.2023, the petitioner was reinstated.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the inquiry was completed and appropriate orders will be passed as per law.

Given the submissions made by learned counsel appearing on either side, in view of the developments, no further adjudication is required in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
