Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in l^^umstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith,^{theHighCourtmay} be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.4 in preventing the petitioner from participating in Compulsory Rotating Internship without any legally sustainable cause as being illegal, arbitrary and against the statutory provisions as contained in National Medical Commission (Compulsory Rotating Medical In Turn Ship) Regulations 2021 which was notified under National Medical Commission Act, 2019 (Act 30/2019) as well as in violation of the Fundamental Rights Guaranteed in the Constitution of India under Art.14, 19 (1) (g)^and21 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the Respondents to allow the petitioner to participate in the Compulsory Rotating Medical Internship as per the National Medical Commission (Compulsory Rotating Medical In Turn Ship) Regulations 2021.
