Accordingly, show cause notices have been issued andtheSpecial Deputy Collector KRRC, Visakhapatnam submitted his enquiry report on the complaint filed and basing on the saidreportthe then District Collector, Visakhapatnam m letter Rc.No.l963/2012/Al, dated 03.05.2013 has submitted detailed record of enquiry report and explanation of the revenueofficialsfor examination and for initiation of disciplinary proceedings. The Respondent No.l issued a charge memo vide in G.O.Rt.No.1079 Revenue (Vig-111) Department, dated 27.11.201 underRule20 of A.P.Civil Services (CCA) Rules 1991 and explanation of the petitioner was forwarded to the Government. In turnGovernment has appointed the District Revenue Officer Visakhapatnam as inquiry authority to inquire against charges framedagainstthe individuals and notices were issued to the allegedofficialstoattend enquiry. The inquiry officer has submitted his report to the Principal Secretary, Revenue (Vigilance-Ill) Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Amaravathi vide Rc.No. 1963/ 2012/Al, dated 03.10.2017 and further orders are awaitedfrom the Government. In the meantime the petitioner approached this Court while disciplinary case is pending at Government Level. Hence, prayed to dismiss the Writ Petition. 7. Learned counsel for the petitioner would contendthatthe explanation submitted by the individual was forwarded to the Government, who in turn appointed the District RevenueOfficer, Visakhapatnam as inquiry authority to inquire intothe charges leveled against the petitioner in G.O.Rt.No.262, dated13.04.2015.
