Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, who appeared through online. Also heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare.

though more than three (3) months have elapsed, so far the suit has not been numbered. The learned counsel submits that the suit has been filed by complying with all the requirements and as the same is not being numbered, the petitioner is subjected to great hardship and irreparable loss. He submits as the petitioner is not having any other alternative remedy, in the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is filed seeking appropriate direction to the 2nd respondent to number the suit as expeditiously as possible and proceed further in the matter.
