the subject land belongs to the temple and directed the petitioner to vacate the premises, without issuing any notice. The petitioner informed them that the same is Zeroyiti land and not Inam land of the respondent and that, despite this fact, the petitioners had applied for regularization thereof and that money was also collected by the Devastham towards the regularization charges. It is further submitted that the matter is squarely covered by order of this Court in W.P.No.26301 of 2023, dated 02.07.2024 and hence requested to pass similar order in this writ petition.
