Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be* pJeased to is$ue an appropriate writ, order or directions more partibu^ one in the nature of writ of mandamus to declare the inaction of " Jthb gnd ^nd 3rd respondents in initiating action against the 4th respondent for bppclucting false investigation in Cr.No.55 of 2011 (CC No. 215 of 2014, Old tic No. 68 of 2012), as illegal and opposed to^{Article14andArticle21} of the Constitution of India and also consequently direct the respondents to pay the compensation to the petitioner for his mental suffering, loss of personnel life , damage happened to his professional career and huge financial loss due to the consequences of the false investigation by the 4th respondent and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the

Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

“....to declare the inaction of the 2"^ and 3'^^ respondents in initiating action against the 4th respondent for conducting false investigation in Cr.No.55 of 2011 (CC No.215 of 2014, Old CC No.68 of 2012), as illegal and opposed to Article 14 and Article 21 of^the Constitution of India and also consequently direct the respondents to pay the compensation to the petitioner^for his mental suffering, loss of personnel life, damage happened to his professional career and huge financial loss due to the consequencesof the false investigation^by the respondent and pass such other order or orders^as this Hon’ble Court rriay deem ift and proper in the circumstances of the case.”

None appeared for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the official respondents, is present.

Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home has submitted a copy of e-court proceedings, On perusal of the same, it that C.C.No.215 of 2014 was disposed of on appears 31.07.2017 with a finding that the accused 1 to 5 were^found not guilty and they were acquitted.

So, in view of the same, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to

costs.

As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending,
