Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents 1 to 4 in interfering with the civil disputes of the petitioners pending in AS No.1 of 2010 on the file of the 13th Additional District Judge at Narasaraopet Guntur District and as such interfering with the civil rights of the petitioners as illegal arbitrary, and against Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India.

the petitioner and not influenced the police to get the petitioner’s tenant vacated from the house in question. Therefore, requested^{torecordthesame} and close the writ petition.
