The present writ petition is filed seeking for payment of the admitted bill amount for the work done by the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondents paid the admitted bill amount to the petitioner, as such, there is nothing survives in this matter and hence, prayed to dismiss the writ petition.
In view of the said representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any,shallstand
closed.
