However, this writ petition was filed questioning the action of the 4^th respondent in issuing the proceedings in Roc.No.09303 & 09304/14-E4, dated 24.01.2015 permitting the 6^th respondent to re-strengthening the OFC cables by road cutting method in so far as “from Reddypalem Yadava Bazar Ramalayam East to West road of Yadava Bazar” (at Sl.No.19) is concerned and further action of the 4^th respondent in permitting the 6^th respondent to erect/install the cell tower on the top of the house of the 7^th respondent, without following the guidelines framed in G.O.Ms.No.380 dated 01.08.2013.

On the other hand, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.6 submits that they are not going to erect/install the cell tower on the top of the house of the 7^th respondent as alleged by the petitioners.

Recording the above said statement, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
