- This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not paying the admitted due amount of Rs.5,71,758/- to the petitioner herein in relation to the two contract works executed for the 4**^ respondent under the agreement bearing Nos. /2023-24, dated 11.09.2023 and/2023-24,dated 11.09.2023 despite lapse of more than one year, even after finalizing the bills.
- On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 4**^ respondentdated23.10.2024submits that the balance amount of Rs.5,80,306/- will be paid to the petitioner in due course.
- Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Thereshallbenoorderas to costs.
