This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent No.3 in keeping the petitioner’s passport file vide VS4075049859523 dated 09.02.2023 under the status PVR” in the online web portal even after submitting the written explanation dated 17.05.2023 pursuant to the Letter reference No.SCN/314688145/23 dated 25.04.2023 issued by the respondent No.3.

On the other hand, the learned counsel for the respondents upon written instructions submits that the crime was registered against the petitioner in Cr.No.257 of 2020 under Section 420 r/w 34 IPC by the SHO Chilakaluripeta and the investigation was completed in the matter and the charge sheet was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Chilakaluripeta vide C.C.No.256 of 2022.

In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to approach the concerned Magistrate Court by making an appropriate application/petition and if so, the same shall be considered as expeditiously as possible by giving due opportunity to all the parties concerned strictly in accordance with^law.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No^costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any,^shallstand

closed.
