from Endluru village and the application of the petitionerinW.P.No.38724of 2015 i.e., Vankayalapati Akka Lakshmamma, initially after scrutiny was rejected on the ground that she is a non-local and accordingly the application of another candidate i.e., Pasumarthi Sujatha was also rejected on the same ground. But however, the 3^^^ application, which belongs to the5*^ respondent was received and she was called for the interview on 19.11.2015 and thereafter, she was selected by the then District Level Selection Committee, Chair Person District Collector, Prakasam District. But however, she was not given any appointment because of the pendency of the writ petition filed by the unsuccessful candidate i.e., Vankayalapati AkkaLakshmamma. It can also be seen that though this Court has initially granted an interim order directing the respondents to subject the petitioner i.e., Vankayalapati Akka Lakshmamma for the interview and consider her selection to the post of Anganwadi Helper, the same couldn't be done in viewofthefactthateven prior to grant of interim orders i.e., 30.11.2015,theinterviewswereconducted on 19.11.2015 and the 5'^ respondent i.e., MadugulaAnithawasselectedand duly considering the said fact, this Court was pleasedtodismissW.P.M.Pfiled by the said Vankayalapati Akka Lakshmamma. In thatviewofthefactthatthe 5^^ respondent in W.P.No.38724 of 2015 and the petitionerinW.P.No.42579 of 2015 was selected by the Selection Committee in pursuance of the interviews conducted on 19.11.2015, this Court feels it appropriate to allow the Writ Petition No.42579 of 2015 by directing the respondents to issue an appointment letter to the said Madugula Anitha, as expeditiously as possible
