Today when the matter came up for hearing, learnedcounselforthe petitioner reiterated the contentions urged in the Writ Petition, but, however prayed to direct the 2"^ respondent to dispose of the RevisionPetition under Section 77 of APCS Act 1964 pending before the 2"^ respondent-The Commissioner for Co-operation and Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Guntur against the Enquiry Under Section 51 of APCS Act 1964, in RC No. /114/2015, dated 05.01.2016 8& Enquiry report vide Rc.No.59/2016/B, dated 28.08.2016. 2. On the other hand, learned Government Pleader for Cooperation submits that the 2"^ respondent will consider the Revision Petition filed by the petitioner and will pass appropriate orders inaccordancewithlaw. 3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and submission made by the learned Government Pleader for Cooperation appearing for respondents, instead of going into the merits of the case, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition directing respondent No.2 to consider the Revision Petition filed by the petitioner under Section 77 of APCS Act 1964 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of three (03)monthsfromthedateof receipt of a copy of this order.
