ORDER :
This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the 5th Respondent university in not considering the explanation submitted by the Petitioner institution on 16.10.2023 pursuant to the impugned show
cause notice vide RU/CDC/Bed-32432/SCN Affiliation Withdrawal/2023-24 issued by the 5th Respondent on 11.10.2023 and further not granting affiliation for the academic year 2023-24 thereby disabling the Petitioner institution to participate in the ensuing EDCET 2023 counselling being conducted by the 2nd and 3rd Respondents as being arbitrary, illegal and consequently direct the 5th Respondent to grant affiliation to the Petitioner institution.

Writ Petition does not survive, thereby prayed to close the Writ Petition. The same was also admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in these Writ Petitions shall also stand closed.
