Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one., in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 3 in declaring petitioners 1 and 2 as "NON-LOCAL" in removing from the list of admissions as illegal, arbitrary, biased high handed, violative of Article 14, 15, 21 od Constitution of India and violative of Principles of natural justice and consequently direct respondents 1 to 3 to issue admissions to petitioners 1 and 2 as per the ranking in the Entrance Examination conducted under SVURESET - 2013 also as per the guidelines mentioned in GO.No.646 dated 10.07.1979

ORDER:

The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of Constitution of India, challenging the action of the respondent Nos.l to 3 in declaring the petitioners herein as non-local in removing from the list of admissions and are seeking a direction to the respondents to issue admissions to petitioners as per the ranking in the entrance examination conducted under SVURESET-2013 also as per the guidelines mentioned in G.O.No.646, dated 10.07.1979.

When the writ petition came up for admission, this Court was not inclined to pass interim order in favour of the petitioners.

As the writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to issue admissions to the petitioners herein in the year 2013 and also as the petitioners have not succeeded in obtaining an interim order, this Court is of the opinion that no further adjudication would be necessaiy in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any in the Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
