ORDER:
The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
"To issue a Writ, Order of Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not awarding the weightage marks to the service rendered by the petitioner as contract labor from 04.04.2004 as recommended by the 4th respondent dt.22.04.2014 for appointment to the post of Junior Lineman in pursuance to the notification dt.14.12.2011, as highly illegal, arbitrary and violation of Art.14 & 16 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Junior Lineman in the existing vacancies by awarding weightage marks for service rendered by the petitioner as contract labor from 04.04.2004 and pass such other order or orders."
The petitioner has applied for the aforesaid post and his case was not considered on the ground that he has not secured

requisite qualifying marks in S.C.category to secure the appointment.

respondents have agreed that the petitioner is entitled for weightage marks, if the weightage marks adds, the petitioner will be eligible to the post of Junior Lineman under the S.C.category and also admitted that his case will be considered during the course.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications, pending if any in this case, shall stand closed.
