seeking the following relief;-

this Court 2. When the matter came up for admission on 01.12.2015,
passed the following interim order:
“ Having regard to the same, there shall be interimsuspensionas prayed for. However, this order will not preclude the respondent authorities in taking action, as warranted, in accordancewiththeservice conditions governing the petitioner. ”
- Today when the matter came up for hearing, Mr. A. Sumanth,learned Standing Counsel for T.T.D has brought to the noticeofthisCourtthat in pursuance of the interim order granted by this Courton01.12.2015, the petitioner was reinstated into service on 05.12.2015,andthereafterhehas applied for VRS on 22.04.2021 and the same was accepted.Suchfactwas also admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
