Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 5th Respondent university in not considering the expianation submitted by the Petitioner institution on 03-022024 pursuant to the impugned show cause notice vide RU/CDC/Bed28658/ SCN-Affiiiation Withdrawai/2023-24, issued by the 5th Respondent on 19-01-2024, and further not granting affiiiation for the academic year 2023-24, thereby disabling the Petitioner institution to participate in the ensuing EDCET 2023 counselling being conducted by the2nd and 3rd Respondents, as being arbitrary, illegal , unwarranted and violative of Articles 14 and 19 of the Constitution of India and violative of the National Council for Teacher Education Act and the Rules famed thereunder and consequently direct the 5th Respondent to grant affiliation to the Petitioner institution and issue such other writ or order or direction as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of case.
