- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Labour appearing for the respondents.
- On hearing, both the learned counsels submits that during pendency of the Writ Petition, as per the interim orders of this Court, dated 29.02.2020, the impugned order of the 2 nd respondent, dated 02.02.2020 was suspended and she was posted asAssistantLabour Officer, Circle-VI, Guntur in the existing vacancy.
- As the grievanceof the petitionerwas redressed, in the opinion of this Court no orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition and it may be closed.
- Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall stands closed.
