This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for

the following relief:-

“… to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to order dated 16.05.2011 passed in I.A.No.15/2010 in Appeal No.69/2011 by the 3^rd respondent namely, Regional Joint Commissioner, Endowments Department, A.P., Multi Zone-II, Tirupati and to quash the same by declaring it as bad, illegal and contrary to the provisions of the A.P.Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 and Rules made there under besides discriminatory, offending Article 14 of the Constitution of India and pass such other order or further orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”

Government Pleader for Endowments appearing for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the subject matter of

this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 13.09.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.20490 of 2011.

Learned Government Pleader does not refute the said

submission.

Following the same, this Writ Petition is also allowed in terms of the order passed in W.P.No.20490 of 2011, dated 13.09.2024. There shall be no order as to costs.

Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order dated 13.09.2024 passed in W.P.No.20490 of 2011, to this order.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
