- At the stage of admission, while issuing notice, this Court has passed the interim order on 22.09.2017, which reads as follows: "There shall be an Interim direction to the 3'''^ respondent not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner on the one hand and the 4^'’ respondent on the other."
- Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of the interim order, dated 22.09.2017 passed by this Court, no further orders are required in this matter and hence prayed to close the writ petition.
- Acceding the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and in terms of the interim order, dated 22.09.2017 passed by this Court, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
