Though the matter was listed today under the caption for dismissal none appeared for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not evincing any interest in the present case.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
