No. 286 of Palukur Village, Banaganapalle Mandal, Kurnool Districtas illegal, arbitrary, violative of the provisions of the Mines and Minerals ( Development & Regulation ) Act, 1957 and the Rules made thereunder and consequently direct the 1st Respondent herein to issue despatch permits in favour of the petitioner till the statutory renewal application dt. 21-02-2014 filed by the petitioner before the 1st Respondent is disposed of in accordance with law, in the interest of mineral development, law and justice.
