No. 50/GUH/KN/2023 made by the petitioner for conduction of DPC (Departmental Promotion Committee) and also to appoint him in FAC (Full Additional Charge) as CMO (Chief Medical Officer) since he has served as SMO (Senior Medical Officer) for 16 years as Illegal, Arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and contrary to the article 14 and 16 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to consider the representations made by-the petitioner.
