Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed there\A/ith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus i) declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 3 and in not including the petitioner in the process of counseling for allotment of students in ICET-2014 Admissions as arbitrary and illegal offending Article 14 of the Constitution of India and issue a consequential direction to the respondents 2 to 5 toforthwithallotstudents in MBA course for the intake approved by the 4th respondent for the academic year 2014-2015 ii) by declaring the action of the respondents in proceeding further with the process of counseling inallotmentofstudentsfor Post-Graduate courses in MBA without granting affiliation to the colleges for the post-graduate MBA course as arbitrary, illegal offending Article 14 of the Constitution of India and issue a consequential direction to the respondents Nos. 1 to 3 to conclude the process of counseling inthe Post Graduate Course in MBA only after concluding the process of grant of affiliation to all the colleges which are approved by the 4th Respondentfortheacademic year 2014-15.
