Declare that the payment of penalty if any for production of land documents of 2 acres which was in the individual name of the Secretary as against the society shall not be treated as disqualification for consideration of application of the petitioners for permanent affiliation.

ORDER:

The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to declare^Ideclaring the Proceedings No YVU/CDC/Affili/UDCUCCUG/2017 dated¹⁹ 01 2018 issued by the 3rd respondent granting temporary^affiliation in favour of the 2nd petitioner college instead of^according permanent affiliation though the 2nd petitioner college^satisfiesall the requirements for permanent affiliation as illegal arbitrary discriminatory and malafide II Declare that the 2nd^respondent college is entitled for permanent affiliation like the other institutions who were given affiliation III Also declare that submitting further application by the petitioners seeking^permanent affiliation does not arise IV Declare that the payment^ofpenaltyif any for production of land documents of 2 acres which was^inthe individual name of the Secretary as against the society^shallnotbe treated as disqualification for consideration of application^ofthe petitioners for permanent affiliation V.

Pending the writ petition the petitioner filed I.A.No.2 of 2018, wherein the petitioner filed the proceedings of the vice chancellor dated 01.03.2018, through which the petitioner was granted permanent affiliation to the U.G. Course for the academic year 2017-18.

As the relief sought by the petitioner pertains to^the year 2018 and even in view of the proceedings of vice chancellor dated 01.03.2018, this Court feels that the cause in the writ petition would not survive.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any^inthe Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
