Ms.R.Sudha Rani, learned Standing Counsel for Samagra Shiksha has produced a copy of instructions of the Executive Engineer, Samagra • Shiksha-4th respondent vide Rc.No.922/A2/SS/2023, dated 15.02.2024, wherein it i is stated that the bill amount of Rs.3,70,026/(pending amount for art/Craft room Rs. 17,526/t for Science lab room Rs. 1,60,386/and for library room Rs. 1,92,114/-) for the works strengthening of infrastructure facilities to. construct Art/Craft room. Science Lab room and Library room of ZPHS, Koduru of G.Konduru Mandal is pending. It is further stated that as claimed by the petitioner an amount of Rs.4,50,000/- is not due to be paid. But as per the record, only an amount of Rs.3,70,026/- is payable to the petitioner. 3. In view of the same, instead of keeping the writ petition pending, the respondents are directed to. clear the bill amount of Rs.3,70,026/- within a period of four (4) months from the date of receiptof a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to claim the amount, if any, payable to him. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of there shall be no order as to costs.
