“...the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release total amount of Rs.1,79,20,003/- to the petitioners within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the petitioners to agitate their claim for interest, if any, payable by the respondents, in an appropriate forum. 2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.Nischala Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has produced a copy of the instructions of the Deputy Financial Advisor, Finance (FMUTR85B) Department, A.P. Secretariat, Velagapudi, Amaravathi, dated 16.02.2024, wherein it is stated that in pursuance of the orders passed by this Court, an amount of Rs. 1,79,20,003/is paid to the petitioner on 16.02.2024 with ID No.2023-216205. Therefore, prays to close the contempt
case.
shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending, if any, shall also
