Schools under rationalization, though I was posted on surplus post in present School in accordance Clause-2(a) and Clause-6 in G.O.Ms.No.54 School Education (Services-ll) Department dated 12.10.2020 as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, contrary to Transfer Guidelinesand also in violation of principles of natural justice guaranteed under Article 14, 16 and 21 of the Ctinstitution of India and consequently direct the respondentsto count the entitlement points from previous stations i.e. MPP School, Kotha Maddiboinavaripalem, Bapatia Mandal, Guntur District and to pass lA NO: 1 OF 2020 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in thecircumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for counting entitlements points from the previous stations i.e. i.e. MPP School, Kotha Maddiboinavaripalem, Bapatia Mandal, Guntur District instead of present station or continue the petitioner in the present place pending disposal of the main Writ Petition, and pass.
