- On 27.08.2024, upon perusing the material on record, this Court observed that, learned counsel for the petitioner was passed away long back. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to issue notice to the petitioner. Apparently, the registry has sent notice to the petitionerandthe same was returned unserved as “deceased”.
There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand
closed.
