Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High

N 1(4)/1409/2019, dated 19-01-2020 issued by the respondent No.2 ordering cancellation of the Fair Shop authorization issued in the petitioner's favor for Fair Price Shop No.1 I 24006. Yerraguntia Town and Mandal, Y.S.R District as arbitrary, illegal, colorable exercise of power, contrary to the provisions of the^{AndhraPradeshState} Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2008 and^{alsothewellsettled} legal principles apart from being violative of the fundamental rights guaranteed to the petitioner under Articles 14, 19 AND 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the^same.
